Paul Newman is the unique brand of decent, talented, greatest actor, humanitarian and above all great human being. Tributes for him came from all over the world even from Iran where US do not have good relation with. Icons like Martin Scorsese who worked with him on “the color of money”, Elizabeth Taylor who co-starred on “cat on a hot tin roof”, Tim Robins, Susan Sarandon, French president Nicolas Sarkozy, Italian Actress Sofia Loren all paid tribute to this greatest iconic star.
It was hard to pick one movie out of all movies he has done because they are all great and greatest were “Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid”, “Cool Hand Luke” and “The Verdict”. A gifted entertainer, who chose to live in Connecticut with his wife and family, and donates his share of a multi million dollar business to charity.
He is icon, smart, sexy, generous and kind actor with piercing blue eyes. He lost his battle with lung cancer on 26th October 2008 at the age of 83. He appeared in more than 50 movies and nominated for 10 Oscars, he earned Oscar best actor for 1986 movie “color of money” directed by great Martin Scorsese. He has worked for charity through his own food product line, this year only it gave $250 million profit to charity. He is a multitalented actor, director, race car driver, author, producer, screen write and humanitarian.
